An Act To
Include Antique Motorcycles on the List of Vehicles That Are Exempt from
Inspection
I just received word that LD 235 was
signed into law on March 25th.
This Bill was passed with an emergency
provision, so it is now law without the normal 90 day delay.

So far this session, the helmet bill has been withdrawn, we won the bill on inspections not being required on antique motorcycles yesterday, and on the Veteran's plates, although the Bill itself was defeated (good thing), the amendment to do away with the $5 fee for Veteran's motorcycle plates passed unanimously and will be added to an Omnibus Bill.
